Booking & Payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the company and service providers.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed sightseeing, or no-shows.
Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification and any other required travel documents.
The company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.
Changes to Itinerary
We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or sightseeing schedules due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Liability
1 World Tour N Travels acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and airlines.
We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Pricing
Package prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in fuel costs, taxes, government regulations, or supplier charges.
Any additional costs arising after booking must be borne by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws and regulations.
Any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or other facilities by the traveler will be their sole responsibility.
Force Majeure
The company shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.
